Trevor Vance for Pullman city council - Ward 2

Who is trevor?

I am a Washington State University alumnus (Class of 2020, Marketing) and have proudly called Pullman home for the past 10 years. Working as a Project Manager, I bring a results-driven approach to planning, accountability, and follow-through—skills that I am ready to put to work on Pullman City Council.

Having lived as both a student and a long-term resident, I understand the unique dynamics between WSU and the wider community. I am committed to strengthening that relationship through open dialogue, practical collaboration, and thoughtful representation of Ward 2.

I am a huge believer that leadership starts with listening. I want every resident—from students to families to business owners—to have a voice in Pullman’s future.

As the city continues to grow and evolve, I am focused on ensuring that growth benefits everyone. That means supporting local businesses as they adapt to a changing landscape and creating a city environment where innovation, opportunity, and community thrive.

Trevor’s priorities

Fiscally Responsible

Ensuring that every tax dollar is spent is with intention, transparency, and measurable impact. Creating a robust budget that sets up Pullman’s future. Funding essential, and Capital Projects proactively, and not reactively.

bringing more to downtown

Pullman’s downtown should be vibrant, accessible, and full of opportunity. I want to see underutilized spaces transformed into hubs for small business, creativity, and community gathering. With the right incentives and vision, we can bring more life to downtown and make it a destination for locals and visitors alike.

Data-driven decisions

Decisions that are grounded in facts, not assumptions. Data-driven decisions will help us move forward, measure outcomes transparently, and build trust with the people of Pullman.

Transparency

Transparency is the foundation of good government. Pullman’s residents deserve clear communication, open decision-making, and easy access to how their tax dollars are spent. I’m committed to fostering trust by ensuring City Council actions are understandable, inclusive, and accountable to the public.
